What We Collect

EstateSorted collects the questionnaire responses, email address, and payment-related metadata needed to generate and retrieve your documents. We do not store full payment card details — payments are processed securely by Stripe.

How We Use Your Data

This information is used only to operate the service, fulfill your order, and support access to your purchased PDFs. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use service providers (Stripe to take payment, an e-mail provider to send your receipt) only to operate the service.

Data Retention

Your questionnaire responses and generated documents are retained to allow document retrieval through a link e-mailed to your address. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

Your Responsibility

Do not submit information for anyone without their authorization. If you need legal advice about privacy, document retention, or estate planning, consult a licensed attorney.
