EstateSorted collects the questionnaire responses, email address, and payment-related metadata needed to generate and retrieve your documents. We do not store full payment card details — payments are processed securely by Stripe.

This information is used only to operate the service, fulfill your order, and support access to your purchased PDFs. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Your questionnaire responses and generated documents are retained to allow document retrieval via your email and order ID. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
