By using EstateSorted, you agree that the service provides self-guided document preparation based on the information you enter. EstateSorted does not provide legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this service.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the completed documents, following your state's signing requirements (witnesses, notarization), and consulting a licensed attorney when needed. EstateSorted makes no representations about the legal sufficiency of documents in your jurisdiction.

Payment & Access

Payments are one-time for the generated document package delivered through the service. Access to your documents depends on the accuracy of the e-mail address given at checkout: a link to your documents is sent only to that address. You confirm that you live in the state you choose; the documents are written for that state only. Keep access to that mailbox.

Limitations

EstateSorted is not a law firm. Documents generated are templates populated with your responses and are not reviewed by an attorney. Use this service as a starting point, not a substitute for professional legal advice.
